Fatima Shama, the new CEO of The Fresh Air Fund, talked with New York Nonprofit Media’s editor-at-large Aimée Simpierre about her career path serving the “breadth and beauty” of families in  New York City, the cultural exchange that happens when urban youth connect with families outside of the city and how she plans to measure the impact of getting some fresh air.
